Patrick Michael Graves of rural Trenton has waived a preliminary hearing on a felony charge of receiving stolen property. The case has been transferred to Division One of the Grundy County Circuit Court and is scheduled for the December 12 docket. Graves’ bond is set at $15,000 cash.

According to a probable cause statement, authorities discovered a zero-turn lawn mower in the backyard of Graves’ residence earlier this month. The mower had been reported stolen in Livingston County.

Bond has been reduced for Michael Earl Houk of Princeton, who faces six misdemeanor charges related to incidents on November 10 in Spickard. Houk’s bond, initially set at $50,000, was re-set to $10,000 cash.

Houk is charged with two counts of second-degree property damage, as well as one count each of resisting arrest, fourth-degree assault, peace disturbance, and first-degree trespassing. His cases have been continued to the December 10 session of the Grundy County Circuit Court’s associate division.
