One woman’s surprise visitor was enough to send the average person into hissterics.
An Australian woman got quite the serpentine surprise when opening her garage door in a heart-stopping moment caught on camera.
A ginormous carpet python swung directly into Queensland resident Rachel Jelley’s face as she waited for her automatic garage door to open.
Jelley said she was just trying to grab some screws from the garage when the belly-crawler made its grand and unwelcomed entrance just inches from her face, according to Storyful.
Security cam footage of the encounter shows Kelley recoil when several feet of the python bungee down from the garage ceiling near the automatic door.
The Aussie lass, who lives in Currumbin Waters, explained that the snake has been a regular visitor to her property for years — and that she has no intention of barring him from her property, Storyful reported.
“Afterwards, he went back up and got comfy on a rafter,” an unbothered Jelley told the outlet.
