Coldest morning Saturday, warming trend ahead
Updated: 12:39 PM CST Nov 22, 2024
We are in for one more cold morning before a warming trend develops for us through the weekend. Skies will be clear overnight, and temperatures will be in the 30s on the North Shore and 40s elsewhere to start the day on Saturday. However, winds are going be lighter over the weekend, and high temperatures should make it to the upper 60s on Saturday and low 70s on Sunday.
With the wind being lighter, it will feel considerably warmer. Rain chances will stay low through mid week, as highs should be in the mid and then upper 70s as we get to Wednesday. A few showers may be in our forecast for Thanksgiving day, but it will be warm with a high of 77.
In the tropics, the National Hurricane Center expects no development for the next seven days, and that would bring us to the final date of hurricane season.
